FAQ’s / Terms and Conditions
Shop:
We no longer have a showroom, please see the contact page for details.
Stock:
Your order will be processed within 24hrs (please make allowances for Weekends/Bank Holidays
etc) we will send you an electronic Invoice advising you of the estimated delivery date.
Payment:
Items can be paid for by PayPal, debit or credit card, personal UK cheque, bankers draft BACS
transfer or postal order. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds subject to stock
availability. If you intend making a purchase without using the online payment facility please
contact us first.
Returns:
We will accept returns of goods within 7 days of receipt, the buyer will notify us of their intention to
make a return via email, we will then send you clear instructions how to make a return. The buyer
will be liable for all delivery costs, unless goods are found to be faulty. Cost of goods only will
therefore will be refunded. Please ensure the return item is adequately packaged and insured against
loss or damage, we do not accept liability for lost in post or damaged returns, no refunds will be
given in these circumstances. In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, immediately
refrain from using, repackage the goods and contact us for guidance.
Refunds:
Should a refund be required we will refund in the same method in which the payment was made.
Postage:
We charge delivery at cost which will be added to your bill at the electronic check out. Stock items
are normally dispatched within 24hrs and sent recorded. Currently we do not ship outside of the UK
Should delivery attempts fail, the customer should make arrangements to collect goods from the
courier. If goods are returned to us because delivery has failed; a refund will be offered minus P&P
fees or if redelivery is required an additional P&P charge will be made. Goods will only be shipped
to the bill payers verified address. If your delivery is obviously damaged, please inspect the products
before signing the couriers delivery receipt. If goods are damaged please re-seal the packaging and
refuse delivery. If you would prefer not to open the damaged package please refuse delivery and the
goods will be returned to us.
Collection:
We encourage collection where previously arranged. We will refund postage charges should a
collection be required.
Status:
Limited Company Registration number 7146512 VAT: We are not currently registered for VAT.
Privacy:
Vintage Lights Ltd commits to protecting your personal information when purchasing goods from
us. We do not sell or divulge your information to any 3rd party other than by legal requirement. We
do not take or store any credit card details but supply a secure service for payment through PayPal,
we believe this is the safest online payment method available.

Please leave a contact telephone number with your order. Ensure emails from vintagelights.co.uk are
not filtered to your junk email, we will attempt to contact you via email first should there be a delay
or problem with your order. If we do not receive a reply within 24hrs we will phone you using the
contact number you have provided
