Your shipment

  • This web site is intended for use by Mainland UK and EU customers only. Please ensure you select the correct postage option at the check out or your order will be delayed until the correct payment is made.
  • For any other delivery destination, please contact us for a postal quotation.  We can and do ship world wide 
  • Orders are normally packaged and ready to ship the next working day after receipt of payment (subject to stock availability) and are shipped via Royal Mail signed for.
  • For insurance purposes a signature is required. Packages cannot be left without a signature.
  • A weekday 24 express delivery service is available at an additional cost.  Please note this service is not a next day delivery service.  Your order will not be prioritised ahead of existing orders.  Please allow for picking and packing time which is normally one working day, do not arrange for tradesmen to attend site until you have received and checked your goods.  
  • Delivery operations are carried out by contracted third parties and are totally out of our control, we cannot pass messages, influence or control any part of your delivery.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
  • If your order is returned to us undelivered by the delivery company due to any of the folllowing conditions the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.

  • In line with current distance selling regulations you will have 14 days in which to return any unwanted products.  Customers are responsible for paying for their own unwanted returns.  Unwanted returns must be in "as new" unused re-saleable condition to recieve a full refund.  We do refund the standard initial postage cost   If you have paid via your Paypal account you may be liable for a free paid return see below for details.

  • Damaged or missing items must be notified within 48hrs of receipt, no responsibility will be accepted beyond the 48hr period.
